Join other members of the USC community—students, faculty, staff—in a special storygathering event to spark ideas related to the many contributions of African American Trojans. These stories will inspire youth artists from the local community as they prepare new public art banners to be displayed during Black History Month in February, 2018.

Banners will be installed along Trousdale Boulevard, in the center of the USC University Park campus. Enjoy refreshments, mingle with other Trojans, and share your ideas for celebrating Black History Month at USC. All USC students, faculty, staff, and alumni are welcome to attend.

  • New update: Los Angeles-based muralist Noni Olabisi has been selected as the lead artist of the Black History Month banners project.
