USC Athletics teamed up with the retail distribution firm Grant & Bowman and the Will & Jada Smith Family Foundation to donate over $150,000 worth of toys to boys and girls in the local community. USC student-athletes from the men’s and women’s basketball teams handed out toys following their games against Long Beach State.

The annual event is made possible through partnerships with the Los Angeles Unified School District, the mayor”s office and Girls Play L.A. Over 1,500 children were able to enjoy a men’s or women’s basketball game and received some holiday cheer post-game when they received their wrapped toy.
