USC Civic Engagement Housing Law Clinic

The USC Civic Engagement Housing Law Clinic provides free professional legal services to community residents in the areas of housing discrimination, local affordable housing issues, and landlord/tenant dispute resolution. The clinic’s client services include housing information, legal services and social services referrals, and in some cases free tenant representation. Clinic caseload is limited to matters selected as appropriate by supervising attorneys, consistent with available clinic capacity, and meeting the purposes of the Housing Law Clinic. Clients are seen by appointment only. Local affordable housing tenants seeking information or services may contact the USC Civic Engagement Housing Law Clinic at (213) 743-2165 or hlclinic@usc.edu.
