Historic West Adams
Located just north of the University Park campus, the historic West Adams district is one of the oldest neighborhoods in Los Angeles, with most of its buildings erected between 1880 and 1925. Houses include many renovated Craftsman and Victorian dwellings, such as the one pictured here, located on 25th Street west of Hoover Boulevard.
The university encourages faculty and staff members to live nearby, offering generous economic incentives through the USC Neighborhood Homeownership Program to employees who purchase and occupy homes in the vicinity of the University Park and Health Sciences campuses.
